My favorite part of being an esthetician is guiding clients through their unique skin journey and seeing the transformation that occurs when they feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. I specialize in HydraFacial treatments, customized facials, and personalized skincare plans tailored to each client’s individual goals and concerns.

I have experience treating a wide variety of skin types, tones, and conditions, allowing me to create safe and effective treatment plans for every client. A board-certified nurse practitioner since 2017, she has spent the past six years specializing as an aesthetic injector. Natilia’s diverse background includes anesthesia, oncology, surgery, emergency medicine, and weight loss management, equipping her with a deep understanding of patient care, safety, and precision—the foundation of her approach to aesthetic medicine.

As a master injector and national injector trainer, Natilia has built a reputation for combining artistic precision with advanced clinical expertise to create natural, confidence-boosting results. Mercedes Serrano, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with more than 15 years of medical experience and an extensive background in both clinical medicine and aesthetic medicine.

She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University after completing her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology at Portland State University. Her medical career has included experience in orthopedics, family and geriatric medicine, chronic disease management, and aesthetic medicine.

Mercedes has specialized in aesthetic medicine for several years, with advanced experience in facial assessment, botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, facial rejuvenation, and natural-result aesthetic treatments. She previously served as a Lead Aesthetic Injector and has been educating medical professionals in injectable techniques since 2016.

In addition to treating patients, Mercedes is a National Aesthetic Instructor and Trainer, educating other healthcare providers in the safe and effective use of neuromodulators and dermal fillers. She has served as a national instructor for Prollenium/Revanesse since 2022 and is also an instructor with Aesthetic Medical Educators Training.

At Velvet Couture Medspa, Mercedes brings together more than a decade of medical knowledge, extensive aesthetic experience, and years of teaching other injectors. Her approach emphasizes patient safety, facial anatomy, individualized treatment planning, and refined, natural-looking results.
